We are proud to share an important milestone in Casacom’s journey.

Jean-Michel Nahas has been appointed President of Casacom. This appointment marks the continuation of a succession plan built carefully over nearly a decade, with intention and full confidence in the strength of the team.

Marie-Josée Gagnon remains at the helm of Casacom as Chief Executive Officer and Founder. She continues to lead the firm’s strategic vision, innovation and client strategy.

Jean-Michel Nahas will focus on the growth of the firm’s four offices across Canada, the further development of its internal culture, and the acceleration of client success and business development, with an expanded external presence.

This transition reflects a commitment to elevation: creating space for talent to grow and for the team to continue making history alongside its clients.

“I commend Jean-Michel’s extraordinary growth within Casacom over the past 10 years,” said Marie-Josée Gagnon. “He is a leader people want to follow. He is determined, strategic and deeply committed to helping clients make their mark. I am delighted to continue this journey with such an engaged and inspiring colleague.”

“It is an honour to become President and to carry forward the remarkable work our team has built over the past 25 years,” said Jean-Michel Nahas. “We are driven by a shared passion: helping our clients make history. With the dedication of our team and the trust of our clients, we will continue to pursue excellence and impact in everything we do.”

Marie-Josée and Jean-Michel are supported by a strong executive leadership team:

• Catherine Chantal-Boivin, Vice-President, Creation and Partner
• Mylène Demers, Vice-President, Corporate Communications and Partner
• Mathilde St-Vincent, Vice-President, Corporate Communications and Partner
• Franck-Arthur Tagne, Chief Financial Officer

A Succession Plan Built with Care

Executing a succession plan on one’s own terms is rare. That is what is underway: securing Casacom’s future while preserving the values that have defined the firm for more than 25 years.
