Il.elle sera appelé.e à piloter des mandats de A à Z avec rigueur et proactivité, à concevoir et exécuter des plans d'action, à saisir les occasions dans un environnement en constante évolution et à entretenir des relations de confiance durables avec les clients.

Principales fonctions

Le.la conseiller.ère principal.e joue un rôle pivot, à la fois stratégique et opérationnel, dans la réalisation de mandats en communication d'entreprise :

Gestion de projets et service client

  • Assurer la gestion rigoureuse des mandats : suivi budgétaire, respect des échéanciers et coordination des livrables
  • Garantir un service client impeccable à chaque étape du mandat, en anticipant les besoins et en assurant une communication proactive
  • Planifier et coordonner les équipes internes et les partenaires externes pour assurer une exécution fluide et cohérente des projets
  • Produire des rapports de suivi et des bilans de mandat permettant de mesurer les résultats et d'orienter les prochaines étapes

Stratégie et conseil

  • Développer et maintenir des relations stratégiques avec les clients
  • Concevoir, déployer et gérer des projets de communication d’entreprise
  • Contribuer à des campagnes intégrées (relations gouvernementales, acceptabilité sociale, relations de presse, communication corporative)
  • Élaborer et présenter des propositions de services
  • Conseiller les clients dans l'élaboration de plans stratégiques
  • Produire des contenus et documents stratégiques
  • Assurer une veille proactive de l'actualité et identifier les occasions à saisir

Exigences

  • Trois à cinq ans d'expérience en communication et/ou en cabinet de relations publiques  
  • Diplôme universitaire en communication, relations publiques et/ou dans un secteur connexe
  • Expérience en gestion de projets d'envergure en communication d'entreprise
  • Excellente capacité de rédaction (communiqués, allocutions, plans, mémoires et plus)
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais impeccable (parlé et écrit)

Casacom is seeking a versatile, resourceful, and curious Coordinator, Administration to support the team with administration, accounting, and project management. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Administration, this role is pivotal in ensuring organizational efficiency and providing strategic support to the leadership team and staff.

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations and oversee daily administrative tasks
    • Welcome clients; serve as the receptionist.
  • Support accounting tasks:  
    • Monitor and record supplier invoices.
    • Track and record expenses related to corporate credit cards.
    • Monitor and record employee expenses.
    • Prepare, send, and follow up on client invoices.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team and project managers on internal and client initiatives ; organize meetings.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects to support the company's overall operations.
  • Provide first-level tech support:  
    • Assist the team with ad hoc requests.
    • Coordinate and track unresolved issues with IT consultants.
    • Manage and track equipment.

Requirements   

  • Diploma in administration, accounting, or another relevant field (AEC, DEC, etc.).
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong adaptability with technology and collaborative tools.
  • Advanced organizational and priority management skills.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) in both oral and written communication.
  • Desired qualities: attention to detail, autonomy, adaptability, composure, curiosity, and excellent service orientation.
  • The candidate must be fluent in French, as the office is located in Montreal, and possess strong bilingual skills (English) to effectively communicate with our Toronto team and clients.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior Consultant will be involved in both corporate and consumer PR and marketing communications projects, which will include:

  • Participating in strategic planning and development of creative concepts and campaigns for our clients.
  • Developing and executing impactful media relations and social media strategies that deliver impact and results.     
  • Writing compelling communications materials for a wide range of internal and external audiences.
  • Planning and executing experiential and educational events.
  • Conducting research, measurement, monitoring and program reporting.
  • Managing programs and workflow in a team environment.
  • Providing administrative support, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of campaign expenses. This includes processing expense reports, maintaining budgets, and liaising with finance team.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in PR in Canada.
  • At least two years within a PR agency environment is required – please do not apply if you do not have this qualification.
  • Proven relationships with local, regional, and national media.
  • Exceptional writing, listening and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates assertiveness and takes initiative to proactively identify and address tasks, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously, sometimes under tight deadlines.
  • University or college degree in a related field, such as Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, or Journalism in Canada.
