Consultant, Social Media
Casacom is looking for a Consultant, Social Media to join its digital team. This person will play a key role in content creation, digital strategy development, and the deployment of social campaigns (organic and paid). The role calls for sound judgment, strong critical thinking, and ongoing curiosity about social and digital trends.
The selected candidate should be comfortable balancing strategy and execution, understand platform mechanics, and be able to analyze results to recommend concrete improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution
- Create, write, and produce content for major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Produce simple assets independently: basic visuals (Canva), mobile-shot videos, and light edits.
- Manage the full production of content calendars: coordination, copy, visuals, deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Studio team for more advanced visuals or video assets.
- Monitor trends and best practices on digital platforms.
- Support community management as needed.
- Use AI tools responsibly to support ideation, research, writing, and content optimization.
Campaigns & Performance
- Set up and optimize simple digital campaigns (e.g., boosted posts).
- Plan and deploy basic newsletter campaigns (content creation, re-engagement strategies, etc.).
- Analyze performance of content and campaigns.
Consulting
- Advise clients on digital marketing and content best practices.
- Develop short- and long-term content strategies aligned with client needs.
- Contribute to strategic planning for organic and paid campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in social media, community management, and content creation.
- Agency experience is an asset.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and deliver on expectations.
- Strong analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of platform trends and social norms.
- Fluency in French required; strong bilingual skills (French/English), spoken and written, preferred.

Director, Digital Marketing
Casacom is looking for a Director, Digital Marketing for its Montréal headquarters. A seasoned strategist and project lead, this person brings a broad digital marketing skill set, strong project and client management abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
They will design and lead integrated digital strategies, manage large-scale projects primarily in B2B (70%) and B2C (30%), supervise internal and external teams, and guide clients toward their business objectives through rigorous, creative, and performance-oriented approaches.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Digital Expertise
- Build and maintain trusted, strategic relationships with clients while ensuring their satisfaction.
- Design, deploy, and manage digital marketing and digital communication projects (SEO, SEM, SMM, content, social media, newsletters, marketing automation) for both clients and Casacom.
- Supervise and engage internal and external collaborators.
- Work closely with other teams across the firm (Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, Sustainability, Marketing Communications, and Studio).
- Develop, track, and optimize budgets and performance plans focused on results (KPIs, lead generation).
- Bring strong strategic thinking and a sharp critical sense to guide digital strategies.
- Advise clients on the evolution of their digital ecosystem, digital transformation, and online presence.
- Stay on top of digital trends and identify opportunities to leverage.
Business Development
- Identify and recommend digital growth opportunities for clients.
- Develop and present tailored service proposals aligned with client objectives.
- Contribute to mandate expansion by offering strategic insights and concrete recommendations.
Requirements
- Five to eight years of experience in digital marketing, including at least three years in an agency, consulting, or similar environment.
- University degree in marketing, communications, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects and client relationships.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and SMM foundations.
- Strong interest in generative AI, GEO, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Strong skills in newsletters and marketing automation.
- Experience in lead generation, primarily in B2B.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms; proficiency in HubSpot is an asset.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams (internal and external).
- Strong budget management and performance tracking abilities.
- High level of autonomy, strategic mindset, and strong critical thinking.
