She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and marketing from Université de Sherbrooke and has worked for giants such as TELUS, where she led several awareness-raising and adaptation campaigns for portfolios ranging from digital health and cybersecurity to local communities. Along the way, she received an award for leadership excellence. She also gained experience in consumer communications while working for agencies in Toronto.
