As Administrative Coordinator at Casacom, Leïla ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the office: administrative management, accounting support, vendor coordination and assistance to management across various mandates. She also plays an active role in welcoming new hires, ensuring each onboarding experience is seamless and warm. As a member of the OHS committee, she contributes to improving internal health and safety practices. Before joining Casacom, Leïla built solid experience in client services and team supervision at Bota Bota, spa-sur-l’eau, where she led a team of 15 employees while completing a marketing and public relations internship. Holding a bachelor’s in communications – Public Relations from UQAM, she is currently expanding her expertise with a Human Resources Management certificate through Coursera and the Exercising Leadership program from HarvardX.
