Jérôme has several years of experience as a senior policy advisor, specialist in public affairs and communications, in Quebec City and Ottawa, as well as in the parapupublic sector. Over the past 15 years, he has worked as director of policy and director of communications at the National Assembly of Quebec, as director of parliamentary affairs at the Senate of Canada, and as director of public affairs and sustainable investment at the Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec. Trained in law and journalism, he also worked as a business law lawyer in New York and Montreal and acted as a journalist and columnist for various media in Quebec and Canada, including as a political analyst at CBC. Involved in numerous strategic issues, often at the intersection of political, legal and communications issues, he uses his diverse experiences to produce in-depth analyses and challenge preconceived ideas.
