Consultant

My two most defining traits are without a doubt “passion” and “curiosity.” School and my sense of adventure led me to discover London, Madrid, and Paris through exchange programs from the age of 14. My time abroad defined my youth and instilled me with the desire to discover new horizons. More importantly, it taught me to push my own boundaries in unfamiliar and somewhat daunting environments.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Communications and Politics from Université de Montréal and continue to be fascinated by how the two intersect. During my studies, I worked as an intern at the office of Quebec premier Jean Charest. My tasks included helping to implement email management software and coordinating and dealing with requests for discretionary grants addressed to the premier. It was an enriching experience that allowed me to combine my theoretical knowledge and my practical skills. From 2005 to 2007, I completed a Master’s in Media Communications at Université de Montréal.

I joined the CASACOM team in 2007, starting in marketing communications, where I organized media events and ran campaigns aimed at Quebec opinion leaders for major clients like Sunsilk, Sunlight, Dove, Trojan, Château de Sancerre, Ketel One, and Casa Lapostolle. I also handled Canada-wide press relations for the Breakfast Club of Canada.

Since 2007 I have been on the fundraising committee of Garde-Manger Pour Tous, a charity that CASACOM supports. I’ve also liaised on offers and requests from our partners at Worldcom PR Group, writing articles for the publication Worldcom Circuit and helping as needed to organize events like the Conference of the Americas in September 2008.

Recently I have been thrilled to work mainly in public affairs and business communication for companies like Nouvelle Autoroute 30 S.E.N.C. and Aluminerie Alouette, to name just two.

Passion is what fuels my ambitions and my accomplishments. And you? What’s behind your ambitions and your accomplishments?
